PIANO/VIOLIN/CELLO TEACHER | BASED IN BRISBANE'S NORTHERN SUBURBS 

 "Lujia Zhang has been known to me as an employee of the Orange Regional Conservatorium(ORC) since 2010. During that time Lujia has demonstrated enormous commitment to, and passion for, the students she has taught and the music she has performed.

Lujia has diligently prepared students for AMEB exams in Piano and Piano for Leisure. She has also value added the performances of students undertaking the HSC Music 1 and Music 2 exams here in NSW. All piano students in her care have been guided into careful concert and exam preparation over the years. She has also worked hard to collaborate with other piano studios to produce creative and engaging student concert opportunities.

She has been well respected by her colleagues and has been a highly valued member of the ORC team. Lujia has shown a passion for performance herself, on both piano and voice and has been a highly skilled accompanist to students of all musical disciplines.

Lujia has contributed much to the musical life of the community of Orange. I have enjoyed watching her flourish in her teaching, performing and the professional development she has undertaken while here."

 "Lujia Zhang has taught piano at the Orange Regional Conservatorium (ORC) and around Orange in school settings since I arrived in 2017 until 2022, and I believe for at least a further 5 years previously. In this time, Lujia has taught hundreds of students in AMEB preparation of all levels, eisteddfod and competition work, performance, and HSC preparation. She has worked with young beginners, adults, and all in between to meet their learning needs and further their interest and love for music and piano. Lujia regularly accompanied students, working with the ORC in their weekly performance class and preparing a huge variety of repertoire for this class, as well as working with instrumental students for their AMEB exams, eisteddfod performances, and performance opportunities. Lujia has also performed on a regular basis with the ORC piano faculty, forming piano duets with student and colleague alike, as well as larger ensembles, upwards of piano 12-hand arrangements. She has also performed regularly in staff chamber music concerts, both on piano and vocally, performing a rich variety of repertoire with skill and musicality. "
